The Organiser disclaims responsibility for unauthorised disclosures by other Participants.
B7) Sponsorship and third-party content

The Event may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed by the Organiser or partners for event documentation and promotional purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will obtain appropriate consent.
If you object to the use of identifiable images of you for promotional materials, you can notify the Organiser in writing before the Event at [email protected] (or other stated channel).
