The photographs will be used for the following purposes: Making the images available to participants; Internal image database or image archive; Internal use within the association; Use in the internal network (intranet); Presentation and advertising of our own services; References to other and similar events; Our own print media and comparable publications; Advertising purposes; Public relations; Use on our website; Publication in social media; Publication on TV/ television; Image database or image archive accessible and usable by everyone. Image archive (e.g. image download area with a media selection for reporting purposes); Passing on image recordings to the press and media; Commercial use, e.g. in stock image archives; Artistic purposes; Reference for photographer(s); Use in video productions; Video coverage of the event; Use for teaching/learning; Yearbooks and comparable records; School newspaper; Lecture and illustrative purposes. Retention Period of Image Recordings: Images will be retained for as long as necessary for the above purposes. The images may be stored internally for an unlimited period, e.g. to secure legal claims under copyright law by providing evidence of original images and also for reasons of contemporary historical documentation. In the event of publication, the images may be published as long as the respective publication media, articles or contributions are publicly accessible. Notes on third-party image recordings: Image recordings may also be made by the participants of the event on their own responsibility. We ask participants to show mutual consideration for their personal rights. During the event, media representatives may be present and take pictures on their own responsibility.

We ask you to show special consideration for minors and not to take pictures of them or only with the consent of their legal guardians or, in the case of young people over the age of 16, with their consent.

Your rights: You can assert your right to information or correction, deletion and restriction of the processing of photographs and you can complain to the competent supervisory authority. You can object to the processing of photographs and data concerning you at any time.
