As urban congestion increases, GR1T Motorcycles has developed an all-electric motorcycle designed for urban / suburban commuting and last-mile transport. The Mirage weighs only 115 kgs, features two removable batteries, and has a range of 150 km and a top speed of 135 km/hr
The motorcycle has been designed with a full suite of digital assets and features, and has a best-in-class payload of 190 kgs. Design and produced in the EU, we are seeking € 5.5 million, representing 35.5% of equity, to begin industrialization and launch sales.
While hundreds of billions have been invested in electric vehicles, there has been much less investment in electric motorcycles, which are a dominant form of transport in many cities and rural regions. Europe has over 35 million motorcycles on the road, selling approximately 1.3 million new units per year, of which about 130,000 units are electric.
Our business model is based on sales via distributors, military and police, last-mile delivery fleets, and consumers, including direct and B2B sales. Over 90% of units are sold based on made-to-order with a 15-day delivery period.
Our all-electric motorcycles are competitively priced at € 7,000, before sustainability rebates and VAT.
Our goal is to scale production from 2026 until 2035, reaching annual sales of 120,000 units per year comprising three models in two variations (standard and extended range).
Our production model is based on small manufacturing cells, each with 5,500 units per year production capacity. We break even at 1,350 unit sales per year. We plan a phased market roll-out targeting the southern European year-round driving markets, with an extensive distributor network as well as own retail points.
We have integrated artificial intelligence, big data, digital twins and predictive analytics for component performance, kaizen, spare parts distribution, product development and customer satisfaction.
